Offer and Acceptance

The obligation to purchase will only be applicable after the acceptance of Pro-forma invoice by the customer. Consulting the company catalog, asking for samples or telephone conversation with an employee does not constitute an obligation to purchase.

Orders

All orders must be placed by email, fax or postal letter. Orders may be placed from our catalog or have a reference to any other renowned international catalog. In case the relevant product requires new modifications or designing unavailable in any catalogs, we would request a sample from our customers.

Price

Safe Style Wears reserves the right to alter prices at any time without prior notice. Prices charged will be as quoted on the pro-forma invoice. If any prices have risen when an order is received, you will be contacted and requested to consider the new price, prior to processing your order.

Payment Arrangements

For new customers, we initially work on payment term Advance or L/C Irrevocable at sight. However, after our worthy clients have done successful business with us for one year, we change the payment term from Advance to CAD for the convenience of our worthy customers.

Minimum order quantity 

requirements apply in all cases for general instruments as well as for special instruments manufacturing. The company will not entertain orders whose quantities are below the minimum required production quantities on per instrument basis.

Delivery Time 

for non-stock items ranges between 30-60-90 days depending upon order size and the nature of instruments. For items in stock, our standard delivery time is 30-60 days. We reserve the right to ship part orders or to hold orders until all items are available as required. We reserve the right to cancel any part of an outstanding order should securing supply become untenable.

Guarantee

We also give a 3 years guarantee on all our high-class instruments against rust, corrosion, pitting or any other manufacturing related defect. In the case of manufacturing default, the company replaces the instrument free of cost. The warranty is void if any modification or attempted repair has been made to a product, or the product has been subjected to accidental damage. This warranty excludes any liability for consequential loss arising from defective products.

Returns Policy

No goods can be returned to the company without its express consent. In the event of faulty or damaged goods been received by the purchaser, please contact and advise us of the problem, whereupon arrangements to rectify the situation will be made. Claims for products shipped faulty or damaged must be made within 5 working days after receiving of shipment. 

Any of the above terms may be changed without prior notice. Please consult the proforma invoice at the time of order for all applicable sales terms.
